History
201 Tresser is an iconic landmark on the Stamford skyline. Designed by Victor Bisharat and completed in 1973, this distinctive 450,000 SF glass ziggurat is located in Stamford’s Central Business District, within easy walking distance of the Stamford Metro Center/Rail Station, restaurants, shopping and all downtown attractions.
Situated on a 5-acre beautifully landscaped private plaza three storeys above the street, the building is highly visible from I-95 and enjoys dramatic views of the city and Long Island Sound.
